Founded and run by climbers, The Lab offers 24/7 access for members and a purpose-driven environment built for serious training. The result is a minimalist, high-energy space that reflects Boulder’s strong climbing culture and the pursuit of progression at every level.

Located in the vibrant River North (RiNo) district, RAB Clothing and Outdoor Equipment’s new Denver store brings the brand’s alpine heritage to an urban setting. This location marks a key step in their U.S. expansion and offers a full range of technical outdoor clothing and equipment built for the harshest environments. The store features clean, durable finishes, custom retail fixtures, and flexible product displays designed to reflect the functionality and minimalism of RAB’s gear.

RAB is a UK-based brand founded by climbers for climbers. Known for their precision-engineered gear built to perform in extreme conditions, they blend technical innovation with a deep commitment to sustainability. The company is actively working to reduce its environmental impact through circular design, recycled materials, and responsible manufacturing practices.

Located inside FlatIron Crossing Mall in Broomfield, Colorado, SweetPlay is a vibrant, high-traffic family entertainment venue designed to thrive in a dynamic retail environment. The project focused on delivering a clean, durable, and visually engaging buildout that supports heavy daily use while aligning with the brand’s energetic atmosphere and guest experience.

Executing the work within an active mall setting required close coordination with property management, strict adherence to access and scheduling requirements, and careful logistics planning to minimize disruption to surrounding tenants. From finishes and infrastructure to overall site integration, the space was delivered with efficiency, precision, and a clear understanding of mall construction standards. The result is a polished, high-performing venue that fits seamlessly into the FlatIron Crossing environment and supports SweetPlay’s high-volume operations.

Located in Pueblo, Colorado, the WeatherSolve Structures hail protection canopy project was constructed to provide durable, long-term vehicle protection while maintaining a clean, low-profile appearance across the dealership property. Installed over the Southwest Motors inventory lot, the system required precise structural coordination, efficient site logistics, and careful integration within an active dealership environment. The completed installation delivers reliable protection from Colorado’s severe weather conditions while preserving natural light, visibility, and overall site functionality.

WeatherSolve Structures specializes in engineered environmental protection systems designed for automotive, agricultural, and industrial applications around the world. Known for their high-performance canopy and netting systems, the company develops solutions built to withstand demanding climates while balancing durability, functionality, and visual simplicity. The Pueblo project reflects that approach through a modern hail protection system tailored specifically for large-scale automotive inventory coverage.

Located in Denver, Colorado, the Smokin Yards BBQ project was a design-build transformation that began with the shell of an existing building and was reimagined into a fully functional barbecue restaurant. The project required close coordination between the architect, engineering team, equipment vendors, and ownership to develop an efficient kitchen and customer flow while accommodating significant structural upgrades. A key element of the build included reinforcing existing structural columns to support heavy rooftop mechanical loads, along with the in-place construction and installation of a large-scale smoker within the space.

Smokin Yards BBQ is built around a traditional, no-compromise approach to barbecue centered on authenticity, process, and craft. The Ole Hickory smoker serves as the focal point of the restaurant, intentionally placed to connect guests directly to the cooking experience through sight and aroma. The Denver location was delivered to highlight that identity through an immersive, high-functioning space where construction, equipment, and atmosphere all work together to support a true smokehouse experience.

Frenchies Modern Nail Care is a modern nail salon concept built around non-toxic services, standardized cleanliness practices, and a simplified, membership-style approach to personal care. Known for its consistent, health-conscious service model and minimalist design language, the brand prioritizes both customer safety and a more transparent salon experience. The Denver location was delivered to reflect that philosophy through a polished, efficient space designed to enhance both staff workflow and the overall guest experience.

Located in Littleton, Colorado, the Coal Mine Ave Brewing Company project was constructed as a unique craft brewery experience centered around community, hospitality, and a highly specialized site program. The build required close coordination with ownership, design partners, and city officials to integrate a full brewery operation with a highly unconventional site feature set, including an off-leash dog park and multiple outdoor hospitality zones. The result is a dynamic, mixed-use brewery environment that balances production, tasting room operations, and an active guest experience within a single cohesive space.

Coal Mine Ave Brewing Company is known for combining small-batch craft brewing with a distinctly social, dog-friendly atmosphere that sets it apart from traditional breweries. The concept emphasizes community gathering, seasonal beer offerings, and an experiential environment where guests can enjoy both indoor and outdoor spaces. The Littleton location was delivered to support that vision through a carefully coordinated buildout that prioritizes flow, flexibility, and a strong connection between production, service, and guest experience.

Holidaily Brewing Company is dedicated to creating excellent-tasting gluten-free beer. The challenge for this project was trying to keep the initial costs down yet still deliver a top-notch brewery with a full canning line, not to mention a cool little tasting room. Together, Altitude and Holidaily shared responsibilities and worked together with multiple equipment suppliers, head brewers, and the local jurisdiction to make this dream become reality. Floyd’s 99 Barbershop mixes excellent service with the new style appeal of an experienced and talented staff. From the diverse styles and personalities of the stylists and barbers to their signature poster wall plastered with a time machine of music legends and icons, Floyd’s 99 Barbershop is a place where the music is worth turning up and where everyone can proudly let their individuality shine. Floyd’s 99 Barbershop wants each experience to be as unique and authentic as the people who fill the shop. Altitude Construction has built several of these franchises throughout the Front Range. Therefore, we are very familiar with what and how this franchise requires and demands.

Rangewood Orthodontics provides quality orthodontic care in Colorado Springs, Monument, and Castle Rock. We were able to work together with the client, architect, and property management company to bring this project to reality. It has curved walls, tiered ceilings, hidden and exposed ductwork, passthrough millwork, an X-ray room, and a great view from every chair. Even with the challenges that the existing conditions created, this project was on time and within budget.

Giovannitti Coffee Roasters is a unique local coffee shop in Louisville Colorado. They roast and package their own coffee blends with an awesome roaster located in their sitting area.  Altitude worked hand in hand with Giovannitti Coffee Roasters to create an impressive showroom and work area that shows off their unique approach and creative personality in a saturated coffee market.  The biggest challenge on this project was venting the coffee roaster through three floors on the State Mercantile building in downtown Louisville. This project radiates the essence of a high quality well designed coffee shop.

Rocky Mountain Green is the 1st Cannabis Extraction Lab in Unincorporated Boulder County.  Together we turned an existing 5000 sq ft structure into a state of the art grow and extraction lab.  Since this is the first of its kind in this area, the biggest challenge we faced on this project was the Boulder County Building Department and their lack of experience with these types of projects.  We had to coordinate with all local utilities to upgrade the infrastructure necessary to run a facility like this.  RMG has 3 flower rooms, a veg room, a baby veg room, two vault rooms for drying and storage, and the extraction lab with a C1D1 room and anti-room.  Truly one of a kind.
